What we collect
You can browse AZ Moving without creating an account. If you create one, we collect your email address, phone number, optional name, account sessions, and the lists, registries, comments, or product submissions you choose to create. Products you save are stored in your browser so they remain available when you return. We also store a save or unsave record linked to your account when signed in, or to a pseudonymous visitor identifier otherwise, to calculate aggregate product save counts. That record does not sync your favorites across devices.
Registry and list information
A guest who chooses a registry gift can provide a name, email address, phone number, and note. We store that information with the gift activity so the registry owner can see who selected or bought the gift and manage thank-you notes. It is available to the registry owner and authorized administrators; it is not displayed to other public visitors. A secure browser cookie lets that guest update or release their own gift selection later.
Usage and click records
We record first-party usage information such as pages and features used, timestamps, referring pages, product clicks, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. Buy-button records can also include the product, referring page, and browser user-agent. We use this to operate the service, understand which features are useful, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.
Affiliate links
Product links on this site are affiliate links. When you click through and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave this site, the retailer handles your visit under its own privacy policy.
We don’t sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information for advertising. Information is used to provide and secure the features described here, and may be handled by service providers that host or operate the site on our behalf. Retailers receive information from your browser when you follow an outbound link.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for signed-in and administrator sessions, a pseudonymous visitor identifier that may last up to one year, and a registry-management session that lets a guest manage only gifts they selected. We may also use browser storage for preferences and recently viewed items. These are not third-party advertising cookies.
Your choices and contact
You can clear browser cookies and storage through your browser; doing so can sign you out or remove access to managing a guest gift. To request access, correction, or deletion of account or registry information, or to ask a privacy question, use the Contact page.
